Legal Assistant Eliezer “Eli” Tristan is the firm’s front-line client support specialist and assistant to the firm’s paralegals and attorneys. He handles the firm’s criminal, traffic, DUI, personal injury, and immigration cases.
Eli was born in Mexico. At one year old he moved to Hampton Roads, Virginia, where he was raised. He speaks fluent Spanish. He is a rising star. His immersion with the law began when he worked as a legal assistant to paralegals and attorneys at a local private law firm handling complex immigration cases. There, he gained experience helping people from all backgrounds with their legal issues. After that, he joined Huff Law as a legal assistant where he has been ever since.
His passion for the law came from his work experience and being able to directly take part in helping families reunite and overcome the distance of being countries apart. This is particularly true since he personally had to go through the immigration process when he became a naturalized U.S. citizen at nine years old.
Eli is the firm’s front-line client support specialist and assistant to the firm’s paralegals and attorneys for all of the firm’s cases. He is responsible for answering most day-to-day questions, sending client communication and correspondence, and offering legal assistance pertaining to a case in any way possible.
